A-1 truly lived up to its name! We spent a long time researching used appliances and checking multiple places before finding A-1, and I only wish we had found them sooner. The selection process was incredibly easy, and the team was helpful from start to finish. They had a great variety of quality, brand-name appliances available in the exact opening dimensions we needed, which was hard to find elsewhere. Once we made our selection, they helped load everything and had the entire transaction completed within about 15 minutes. The pricing was also better than any other used appliance store we looked into. Fast, helpful, affordable, and stress-free, highly recommend A-1!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They plugged in my washing machine and did not connect the drain hose and it leaked and caused a flood. I called there store manager Andre and He told me they are not liable because they didn’t have to install it? What does that even mean??? Horrible customer service and then I got ahold of the owner Todd and he told me he would call me back and has yet to call me back. You would think if your guys install something completely incorrect they would take some fault? Apparently not with this company. I will never shop here again.

We just purchased a new washer/dryer combo and it's amazing! It did however leak a little during certain cycles for the first two weeks, but the A-1 team sent out their best tech, and he figured out the drum had a crack. It was replaced the next day with no issues and it's running smoothly. Thank you so much for an easy and awesome transaction!

This is a wonderful Christian organization. They are extremely helpful. They actually helped me troubleshoot the washer that was broken even though I bought a new one to help me out they even borrowed me a part to try it out. Nobody does that. I am been in the service business for 40 years I’ve never seen any service guy borrow a part to a customer to try to see if they can help him. This place is first class. I would recommend it to anybody. They have a great selection. Their prices are fair. They’ll tell you which machines last the longest they’ve got a service guy. That’s just brilliant there thank you guys Skip Harnell satisfied customer.

I wanted to update my previous review to share that the company really stepped up and made things right. After my earlier issues with the appliances, they responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The new/repaired appliances are working perfectly, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and follow-up. Mistakes happen, but it means a lot when a company takes responsibility and ensures customer satisfaction. Thank you for turning things around — I’m now a happy customer!
