BEWARE! My parents have used this company for years with no issues until now. They took 1200 dollars from my parents to "fix" their freezer and dishwasher, only to never be heard from again. My mom tried calling back multiple times, we finally called from my phone, (Guess what? They magically answered!) the man belittled her on the phone after she politely and professionally explained that she needed her money back. The man continued his rant and was yelling at my mom that she needed to listen. They are theives. Do NOT use them!! Finally, I grabbed the phone because I couldn't take him belittling my mother anymore (don't mess with my mama!) 🤣🫢 then he told me I was "canceled" and to take him to court, and if I called again, he would turn me in for harrassment. 🤣🙄 Clearly he does this to other people based on the awful reviews.

If zero stars was an option, I would've chose that. We will never use ARI Appliance again. Please take our advice and don't ever pay up front, even if they need to order parts. Only pay when the parts are in and the work is completed. Normally I choose to give my business to the small businesses. I will be much more apprehensive now. Initially they came out the same day which is great. Then it went south from there. Taking 18 days to get the parts in and costing $453 to fix an LG dishwasher. We had a lot of time to determine we'll instead replace the washer for less than the $453 to repair it. And miraculously when we called to cancel the order and get a refund the parts were all of a sudden in! And Dave refused to give a refund when I said I wasn't going to pay regardless if their manufacturer takes the parts back. Not my problem. Have better relations with your vendors. Keep the part in stock for the next LG dishwasher. You'll have much better luck with Appliance Solutions out of Ham Lake, MN.

Picked up a refurbished washer on 02/18/23. Gave them my old washer which worked great accept for a small leak at the door. They tout that they use all new parts to repair their equipment but the washer did not clean the dishes nor did the detergent fully get used. Detergent was dried to door. After 2 weeks, it stopped draining water all together and I had to use my wet vac to get all water out of the bottom. ARI response, we can send a tech out but if we find it was installed wrong, you will need to pay the tech!! What?? Anyways I returned it on 03/06/23 and my old washer was already on the floor for sale but they still want to charge me a 5% "restocking fee". That washer I gave them was the one I bought from them 4 years ago. I will not deal with this company again.. poor customer service.

I stopped in because the freezer, of the matching fridge/freezer combo looked nice. The first thing I checked was the build date. (2004) :(. I was about to walk out, and Sara asked what I would offer. I offered 70% list out the door. She checked with the manager, and said we could deal. At this point I asked ONE question, "What was repaired?", she answered immediately, "compressor". I paid and agreed to come back the next day. (need truck/trailer) When I picked it up, I looked at the compressor. It had no new solder joints and was really dusty.( not new) She came out and said "oops" this had a new condenser fan the matching fridge got the compressor. My assumption is that when the compressor went in the fridge, someone bought a new matching set, and nothing was repaired on this 17 yr old unit. They didn't even clean the dust and dirt from under it! Wasted lots of my time, fuel($), and patience. Much too much "sales" going on, not enough knowledge. Won't be back.
