Quality Appliance

Went in to my a fridge and they let us make payments on it till it was payed off . They was very compensated and understanding there was no set payments you pay what you can afford and if you can't make a payment one month you call them and they understand what you arw going through. They will work with you on what ever you are getting and the staff is awesome. We had Amy and she was great to work with and the other employees are awesome to .

We used Quality Appliance when we first built our home in 2000 and they were reasonably priced and great service. 26 years later as appliance were needing to be replaced we went back recently for a fridge, stove and dishwasher. They still have great prices and their customer service was great again! They had a rebate and we were having trouble figuring out how to do it online, it was a little "clunky" and when we called the store to ask how to do it, they were super helpful and even offered to do it with us at the store if we couldn't get it to work. Their suggestion worked and we didn't have to do that, but having that as a back up plan and them wanting to make sure we got our rebate was really great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing appliances. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable and reasonable.

The BEST Appliance and service experience EVER! I recently purchased a Bosch Series 800 dishwasher from Quality Appliance in Waite Park Minnesota, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s honestly the most amazing dishwasher I’ve ever owned-my dishes come out sparkling clean every single time. The service I received from Quality Appliance was absolutely outstanding. I worked with Amy, and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She even followed up to see if I had any questions.
