Mrs. Franco is most helpful when purchasing new appliances. She double checks measurements and always prints the specs for each appliance for us. If the item is not in stock, not a problem, she will order it. When we walk in, we are greeted with smiles. They will also schedule an installer who is always professional and takes care to set up the appliance and explain how it works. We are always happy when leaving and it is stress free.

I am very pleased with my experience with Cowboy Kitchens! I especially love how they put together a visual of all of your appliances in one document to see how they all look and coordinate with each other. They are very knowledgeable about the offerings and differences among the brands and don’t hesitate to give you suggestions about which appliances are the best fit for your needs! I went in looking for a drawer style microwave. I was met by Jordan Black who showed me one that they had as well as another that ended up meeting our need better. The price paid was competitive and Jordan ensured she answered all my questions. She gave pluses and minuses of each which helped in my choice.
