Premium price should include follow up simple assistance; answer questions. Your 'post sale' division must be where you send initial sales employees to learn the art of obfuscation/deflection. What business deletes customer sales data after one year???? Nuts. Bought two overpriced units from ya'll--unfortunately had three more in my house when I arrived, so I tried to be consistent. Never again--will order online or drive to another store that has pride in service. You won--please do me the favor of not posting an AI response ( I already got that experience when I called the store). Just look at the reviews--one is by an employee that posted the store hours--chat bot replied thanking her for 5 star review. Bush league, Home Depot service at Eastover price. You guys apparently want to drag out my bad experience. Thanks!

Very, very poor experience with Ferguson. It took two months to get my order received correctly. This was after multiple emails and multiple phone calls, many of which were not returned. Many order errors and then broken product being received and reported, only not to be reordered and committed. I even went to the trouble of emailing Alice the manager and never even heard back. I would NOT recommend doing business with Ferguson Bath and Lighting.

Did not want to even put a star but you cannot leave a review without one. Customer service over the phone is horrible. The women who answer the phone are very rude and hang up on you. Not very pleasant over the phone leads me to believe they would not be very nice in the store. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I just wanted some information and they acted like I was bothering them. I will be going somewhere else for my renovation needs.
