This place need to be taken to small claims court selling used products with without fully evaluating them we have gotten 2 refrigerator from this this place the 1st one was a LG that was not getting cold he trying telling us he had just unpluged before my mom arrive to pick it up and that she had felt getting cold when she open the door we told him she didn't open the door because the lady at the office stated she had just gotten it in from home depot that was 2 lies in one so we couldn't get our money back so we got a samsung and the ice maker doesn't work try contacting them but no one answers the phone before the the samsung he wanted us to get a whirlpool it wasn't in good shape so we opted for the Samsung only to plug it in 7 hours after getting it an the ice maker doesn't work totally rip off but BBB is being contact about this problem an hopefully shut them down The son is running this place in the ground never had a problem when the Dad ran it this use to be my favorite place to get my appliances i have gotten washer and dryer set from them an a refrigerator that just went out after 15 something year only to come back here and the son screws over things

Purchased a washer here that didn’t work. After a lot of back and forth they replaced the washer with a second one that also did not work. Then Patrick gave me a hard time about refunding my money although I had to be inconvenienced going back and forth for about 2 weeks over a broken washing machine and had run out of time and patience with him and his raggedy appliances. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I’m not even sure how Pearl allows him to continue this scam of a business in their city.

I don’t normally write reviews but when I say I am beyond livid. I purchased a washer, washer was nasty then it was shaking so bad till it broke. This was in a two weeks spans of purchasing washer. I spoke to them about getting a replacement I told them this was not a fixing problem I needed another one. They never responded back with my driver to come and get another washer. Sad to say I hope this places goes out of business a major rip off!! If I could give no stars I would do just that.
