Excellent service from ordering to deliver y and install. I had always thought Downtown Appliance was expensive, NOT SO!! They were able to order exactly the range I wanted for less than anyone else! They also are the ones to send out their in house repair crew if issues arise. I will never shop for appliances any where else.

People were very friendly. I ordered a countertop microwave that they did not have in stock. I was told it would take a week to ten days to get it. I called them at ten days. They didn’t have it and had to search for my order. They talked to the warehouse and it was to be there in a week. Long story short it took 21 days to get the microwave. The microwave works great and is what we wanted. When we picked it up, again the staff were very nice and they carried it out to our car for us.
