I was absolutely impressed by the level of care shown to us by Ashley at Missouri Furniture. She was as sweet, personable and helpful. We had a big ask … we needed a mattress delivered in 24hrs for a last minute emergency guest room. Most stores would say can’t be done to something like this. Ashley got to work immediately checking the inventory for a selection of mattresses that were in stock and available. Then …. She arranged for the owner to deliver the mattress in his truck. I can assure you that you will not get this service elsewhere. We will be back to buy furniture from Ashley at Missouri Furniture again in the future when there is no rush. Missouri Furniture is a family business and they took care of us!

I just want to give an outstanding review of my experience this week buying a loveseat from Missouri Furniture and especially working with Kip Grimsom my sales professional. Kip went way above all my expectations to help me find just exactly what I wanted & I never felt high pressured to purchase. Kip took all the time I needed both times I went to the store. I went to 3 other furniture stores looking at loveseats and this was by far my best experience.

Great products. Had exactly what we were looking for. Wonderful to see so many made in USA brands. The Staff is very professional, very knowledgeable about all the products they offer and are great listeners. Kip our salesman was so helpful and patient offering many suggestions to help us decide what was the best fit. Ashley was also very pleasant. We bought furniture here 10 years ago and now today and will definitely be back as our needs arise. Thanks for the great experience

Kip was super friendly, knowledgeable, and capable of answering all of our questions on the fly (I threw out a lot). He even went the extra mile and broke out the tape measure to give us dimensions on the various dining tables. After 2 visits he helped us find a screaming deal on the perfect size table with 6 chairs included. It is a beautiful table with a lot of weight. Very stout and sturdy. Super easy to work with and helpful without any nonsense high pressure sales tactics or awkwardness. I appreciate that they know how to conduct good business and for that reason I am sure we will be back in the future for a recliner and sofa sectional as well!
