UPDATE: NOBODY HAD CALLED AND THEY HAVE EVEN BLOCKED ME, SO CANT LEAVE A REVIEW ON FACEBOOK TO WARN PEOPLE. Dryer now doesn't work after they had to fix it twice(within the 30 days) Don't waste your money or time with this company, they do not care and will sell you JUNK, THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT AND WILL BLOCK YOU. Shame on you people. I hope yall are happy with yourselves, screwing people over on machines that are broken. I purchased a Maytag Bravo XL washer and dryer set from this company through Facebook Marketplace because they advertised a 30-day warranty and presented themselves as a trustworthy family-owned business that stands behind their appliances, and that these machines were cleaned and refurbished. Unfortunately, the washer stopped working on day 29. What made the situation even more upsetting was that I was hospitalized that same day for preterm labor at 8 months pregnant. Because I did not know whether I would end up delivering early or become too busy dealing with a medical emergency, I messaged the representative late that night around 1 AM to make sure I contacted them before the warranty expired.(In my defense, I did not know that was the representatives personal Facebook account and not a company account, which is very unprofessional, and seems as if he sold his own machines through the company.) After the washer failed, we had a reputable appliance repair company inspect it. We were informed the washer needs completely new bearings — a major issue that does not happen overnight. Based on the condition of the machine, it appears this problem existed before the sale. The repair company also noted the machines did not appear to have been properly refurbished or thoroughly cleaned despite being advertised that way. On top of that, the dryer had problems as well and their company had to come out twice after purchasing to work on it. Despite all of this, the owner later refused to honor the warranty, claiming he personally “did not write the agreement,” even though the agreement was made through their company representative during the sale. Since then, I have repeatedly asked them to make the situation right — whether through repair assistance, honoring the warranty, or discussing a refund — and I have received little to no response. I understand used appliances can fail, but selling machines represented as refurbished and reliable when they were not, then refusing to stand behind the warranty, is unacceptable. At this point, I feel like I was sold a lemon. I would strongly encourage future buyers to get every warranty promise in writing and be cautious when relying on verbal assurances from this business. At first Johnny was very kind and seemed honest, and had he communicated that he came out twice on his own accord we would have properly tipped him for his service, but after dealing with this I would never recommend this company. I have messages to prove they never once told me it was policy to bring the machines back in, and that warranty covers "anything and everything that could go wrong with them", not sure how they expect a 8 month pregnant woman to bring a washing machine back to their store. This is heartbreaking, and financially devastating. Also do not take the AI written response as them trying to make it right, the owner Brian refused to honor his own companies warranty. I also want to point out that some of the good reviews are from his own employees. Be aware, and buy at your own risk.

When repairs to my 7 year old washer and dryer set became too costly, I contacted CM. They had an affordable set in stock and they came and swapped it out with my old one. I have used their washer and dyer for over a year with no issues. Highly recommend this family owned company!

Another update: since they refused to have any customer service and fix the repair I had to hire an actual reputable company. My washer needs all new bearings. They sold it knowing that and also know they never intended to fix it. They wanted the repair money too. Updated after they commented: I've called the numbers and they aren't willing to fix anything. So dont take their ai written response as them trying in any way to resolve the issue. I would steer clear of buying machines here. We've bought a washer and dryer for $700. Said it would have a warranty for 30 days and everything on them was covered. Well dryer worked 1 day then he had to come fix it. Then it lasted about 2 weeks before needing more work. Now on day 29 washer is broke and granted my 8 month pregnant wife messaged at 1am complaining it broke but its ridiculous these machines can't make it 30 days. Now he says its on us because we're the problem complaining the machines can't last. He's not coming to fix the washer. I would never spend my money here ever
