Bought a fridge from them and it went out after 3 months. Said they had a 60 day warranty. Better to spend more upfront then get caught with hefty repair bills that will cost you more to fix than a new fridge. Spent $700 on a lemon and didn't want to stand behind their product. Go somewhere else. Also This business is in violation of Kansas law on refurbished goods. K.S.A. 50-626. If he offers you a 60 day warranty on a refurbished fridge he has violated that statue. The state minimum is 180 days. If you have been denied warranty work under 6 months. you may want to contact the Attorney General and seek legal advice. Most likely small claims court. its $67 to file. Know your Consumer protections.

Salvador and Bernardo were super helpful, very kind and absolutely professional! I found their listing on Facebook Marketplace for used or new with scratch and dent appliances. I ended up purchasing a new Maytag dryer and a new Samsung washing machine. I was okay with the set not matching and some dents. ☺️ They have a warranty, and said to let them know if anything goes wrong. They delivered and installed the new appliances and hauled away the old ones for no additional cost! Edited to add: I am frustrated with the washing machine being taller than standard size as it is difficult to reach down inside the drum to get clothes out. And one problem with the dryer is that the lint trap is located on the top and when you pull the lint trap out, the lint falls down and back down into the machine. (I can see why both of these machines were sold at a discount because stores would have had a hard time moving them. Clean clothes just fine.) $850 for both appliances for reference.

We bought a washer and dryer from this place. We had issues with the washer, but the salesman was AMAZING, and ended up replacing the faulty washer with a different one, that works beautifully. They give a 3 month warranty, & stick to it. Don't spend too much on brand new appliances, go to American Appliance Outlet, or order online. They even delivered them to us, and installed. 😀

100% will buy from the this company again! I bought a fridge for 550 about a month ago. Everything was working perfectly and then it wouldn’t turn on. I called the guy I bought it from and told him what was happening and he sent a tech out the same day! Couldn’t be happier with this company. 10/10 would recommend just for the warranty they offer. Hector and Sandra showed up within an hour after we inquired about a new washer and dryer. They brought them in for us and made sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working! They were friendly and flexible, and the machines came with a 3 month warranty period. I would recommend them to anyone looking for used appliances!
