If I could rate zero, I would. The only “good” thing about this store is the low price. But you literally get less than what you pay for. I bought a dishwasher 3-4 months ago, and it has been nothing but hell to use it. It’s almost not worth it. 1. THEY OFFER NO INSTALLATION, or GUIDANCE. Which I guess is fine if you know how to hook up your appliance, I did not. but they conveyed it to me as if it would be an easy task. I even had doubts on my abilities, but they convinced me and assured me that this would be an easy thing with a YouTube video.. FIRST OFF I had to buy most of the parts to install as they did not come with the dishwasher... EVEN THOUGH THEY ASSURED ME I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED … The only thing this dishwasher came with was a drain hose. Not even long enough and without clamps so it’s basically useless. I had to buy a new one anyway… 2. THE DISHWASHER IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY!! the heating element is broken. It does not dry the dishes and it barely cleans them because the water does not get hot enough. So I have to give them a quick wash by hand after they come out to get the “dirty water smell” and the soap off. if they don’t smell, I still have to leave the dishwasher open to air dry for hours. 3. IT DOES NOT DRAIN PROPERLY. THIS IS WHERE I TALK ABOUT THE DIRTY WATER SMELL… I finally had someone who is well-versed in hooking up appliances come take a look at it for me and they said the way it’s hooked up It should drain properly… HOWEVER, the water remains in the hose after cycles and sometimes pools in the bottom.. creating a stinky water, smell and my dishes smell like it when I take them out. 4. IT IS MISSING A STABILIZING BAR FROM THE FRONT. Without this bar, the legs have begun to bow, causing the electrical box to bow. The effects eventually will be the electrical box being exposed and it no longer being safe to run with water in the vicinity, making it unusable. .. I’ve been in contact with all my maintenance friends, hoping somebody can come add something to it so that it does not completely break and render it unusable… But at this point, I’ve put so much money, time, effort, and energy into this damn dishwasher that I would be better off washing them by hand and putting this thing on the curb… !!! LONG STORY SHORT: BEWARE BUYING APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE AS THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED.

Leaving a 1-star review for this shop. The store was very dimly lit but appeared clean. However, I was denied entry because of my service dog. The older woman explained that this was due to them selling upholstered furniture and trying to be considerate of customers with allergies. That reasoning is understandable, and she mentioned there was a sign posted on the front door—I apologized for not noticing it. What I found distasteful was her additional remark: “I’m sorry people don’t know how to read signs.” That comment was unnecessary, especially after I had already apologized, and it came across as extremely rude. I was very offended, publicly shamed, and embarrassed.

This place is amazing I bought my washer and dryer from them when I moved in 2014, both are still running great!! The reason why is because when I purchased they had a lifetime labor warranty, all the customer has to do is bring the item in and pay for the parts. Dryer went out, the other day in the middle of washing and I almost lost it but remember where I purchased it from and made that call. Took it in and in less than 10 minutes it was done and $13 was paid. Can’t leave out the staff everyone I spoke with was very helpful and very polite. If you need any type of appliances check them out!!! ALWAYS keep your receipts!!!
