Buyer beware! Purchased a hot water heater not even 24 hours ago..... The question asked before purchase, was heater tested???? That was a lie, Gave me a yellow warranty slip which infact doesn't specify water heaters.... Was told to unhook drain all the water out load it back on my pick up and bring it back! 🤦 Paid my tech to replace heating element. Practically gave me a pointless warranty and tried to justify verbally what was said to me which was a lie. It's a roll of the dice with these people and I will not ever shop there again... No integrity

I don’t think I wrote a review of them but a couple years ago, my parents had airbnb business with a couple properties and one of the properties had a fridge die on us. I was helping them maintain the properties at the time and found this company online. We bought a fridge from them and delivery was on time. When they left, I went to open up the fridge to check it out and the handle just fell off even though I wasn’t yanking on it or putting any force on it. We left it like that for a few weeks until a guest complained about it in our reviews. My dad and I called them with the receipt and everything but basically they told my dad that I was a liar and my dad was absolutely shocked at how they were talking to us. They eventually offered to come and attach the handle in some way but by then we were already over it. This company is very difficult to deal with and will accuse you of being dishonest. Not worth your time at all. I would definitely suggest a different place.

Great place to shop management down to floor salesman are all honest, straight forward people. My product was not as clean as I would have liked but because of the strong reputation in the community I still made my purchase. My product was a front load Samsung set. My experience was very pleasant. Price and quality of product were great. The purchase itself was seem less start to finish. Any questions I had were met right away with a knowledgeable response. Competitors didn’t seem to have the inventory this place had or the prices weren’t as good. I would definitely revisit and make another purchase from this retailer. (I also had the service guys come out and service my washer due to a mistake on my end) These guys were prompt, knowledgeable,and very great at their job.
