I'm pretty sure at this point this is a scam. I bought a washer and dryer from them 2 weeks ago,I was charged $199 for delivery even tho I live less than 10 miles away. The delivery said it would be within 5 to 9 days, after 2 weeks of waiting and never get a tracking number or hearing back from them I started calling the store, I have called about 20 times and they never picked up the phone, the voicemail is full, they didn't answer my emails to their customer service and the messaging system in their website is not working. I spent about 2k and never heard back from them. My order number is #1972 in case you want to say I didn't buy it from you like you said to the other customer with the same experience as me .

Honestly have never made a review but I’m so upset. We have called about 30 times over the span of two weeks and only got through to someone one time. Their mailbox is full so we couldn’t leave a voicemail so we just tried to call at different times of the day incase they were on lunch. Well after two weeks we finally got our washer and dryer (not what we originally ordered) and the dryer is beat up. The top and the sides of it are dented bad enough we can’t use it without the tunnel rubbing the walls while running making a screeching noise. Two of the feet on the bottom of it were gone so we took the ones off our old dryer for now. Tried to call about the issues found once we got it home and guess what? No one will answer the phone. I’m very disappointed especially after spending money we needed to spend due to our old washer and dryer giving out due to old age.

After our refrigerator bit the dust we decided to stop in to check pricing. We were greeted by Shawn and he helped us find the perfect refrigerator that was in our budget. We went to a few other places and they were about $800 higher for the same unit. The refrigerator was still in its box in perfect condition. Also, the delivery drivers were fantastic. I highly recommend this company!
