Quality Used Appliances

Looks like their repair business is still living up to their terrible reputation. My warranty company booked them for a TV repair. They called the day before to confirm. Then I waited the entire 5 hour repair window (12pm-5pm) and the repair technician never showed up or called or texted or anything. I immediately called the business and it went straight to voicemail. No one contacted me the next day either and when I tried to call they didn't answer. They are clearly getting warranty service work that they don't actually care about giving any resemblance of actual customer service for. Luckily, after I reported this to the warranty company they are assigning me a different repair service. I recommend that anyone else with similar issues report it to their warranty company as well. This company obviously doesn't deserve to be getting these contracts. *Update So now I have received an email from square trade saying that the repair technician reported to them that he went to my house and was unable to contact me. This is absolutely false. So this company is not only incompetent but also liars that are committing fraud to warranty companies (allegedly).

Company is an absolute joke. Worked with their Topeka office. Can't get ahold of their KC office. Never called back with updates as promised. Took over a week to order a part. You heard that right. just to order the part. Always have an excuse. If you enjoy pulling your hair out give them a shot. Otherwise, there are a million other better options.

Our warranty company has now used them twice for our washer and dryer. First time was for our washer , they came out and diagnosed the problem which was fairly reasonable. But the part got delivered and they never answered or returned a call. They had us scheduled for the following Thursday and nothing. The warranty company even tried reaching out to them and nothing. Here we are with the same problem, supposed to come out Thursday and look at our dryer. No call or anything. Definitely would not recommend them if this is how they do business.
