The Real Deal Appliances Heating & Cooling

I’ve bought multiple washer and dryer sets from Real Deal over the last 7 years. The owner, Molly, and her husband are fantastic people. Sure, they aren’t the most prim and proper, they may curse some, but they are nothing short of amazing, trustworthy, and very hardworking individuals. Anyone complaining about the couple that owns this business clearly need to go elsewhere if they are too sensitive to handle a couple of curse words during a conversation. I’ve also had this business repair multiple washers and dryers, each time I was completely satisfied and relieved. Real Deal stays true to their word and product. I will only shop at real deal for my appliance needs.

VERY IMPRESSED AND HAPPY WITH REAL DEAL! I visited their store by word-of-mouth recommendation. It was really nice talking to Molly, she was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out a washer according to my needs. The price was right and they answered all of my questions. We set up a delivery time and they showed up 5 minutes ahead and set up washer in my basement without any problems. Also, took my old washer and another dryer I had sitting there. I will definitely refer them to friends and family. They ARE the Real Deal!!

Great find! I found them through word of mouth and so glad I went in to check them out. Very reasonably priced refurbished appliances. Honest knowledgeable sales people. Purchased a front load washing machine. While delivering it I asked about a dryer that I inherited with the apartment that wasn't working well. He told me what was most likely the problem. I was able to make a couple of changes and now it works like a charm, too. So happy with them I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

I only gave it a 4 out of 5 because they sell out quickly on appliances. I've purchased a front loading washer and dryer 3 or 4 yrs ago. I had trouble with my washer they replaced it and it's been fine every since. They stand behind their appliances. Good people, reasonable prices. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable appliance.

Great People to deal with, market average pricing with good value. If you are looking for inexpensive appliances that will serve you well I would recommend them as your dealer. If you are looking for new/unused appliances at used prices. Well let us know how that works out for you!!!
