Trading Post Appliances

I inherited an old washer/dryer. I've always heard the older ones are better than new, but the washer needed to be repaired. I called Trading Post and Jessie answered. I described what the washer was doing and he said it could be one of four things. Then immediately listed all four possibilities of the issue. He was able to come out the next day and fix it within an hour. Jessie is truly a master of his craft. Honest and up front about what he will do and what the pricing will be. I highly recommend using Trading Post Appliances either for repairs or buying appliances directly from them. My mother and grandfather have both used Trading Post and had great results as well. Any issues I ever have, I will always go to Trading Post Appliances after this great experience.

Ice cream was soft in refrigerator freezer in the garage. I turned up the thermostat and called Trading Post at 8:30 PM on a Sunday night and left a message asking if they had a used one and how soon it could be here tomorrow assuming delivery for a new one elsewhere would take at least a week. Twenty minutes later a repair man called, I believe his name was Jess, and said the fridge isn't broken it's the temps outside and explained what freezers were designed to do when it’s too cold, warm up, and to put my food inside the garage door and it will stay frozen & as soon as it warms up outside I will be able to put all back! 1)Why would they look at a message late on a Sunday night? 2)Why wouldn’t they wait until Monday to call me back? 3)Why would they be so honest vs selling me a refrigerator and sending me the replacement tomorrow ? I was in such a hurry to do as they told me I didn’t write down the man’s name…I believe it was Jess….I’m going to confirm that and go out there to thank him and because of the honesty get business cards for friends and neighbors and my future needs so we can do business with such honesty as this at Trading Post !

These guys are awesome. They don't beat around the bush and they tell you exactly what you're getting. I wanted a bare bones washer and dryer because I don't want the issues (or the price tag) that new ones seem to have these days. That's exactly what I got. They're not pretty but who cares. They work great and the price was definitely right. Had some noise from the dryer after installation and Aaron came back and fixed it no questions asked. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a washer or dryer.

These guys are great!! My washer went out and was unrepairable. I called Jessie on Wednesday and he had me a great used one by Friday! Today, Saturday, I’ve done three loads so far and it’s working great! I had thought about a new one but they just don’t make things like they used to. Most have computers and don’t last much over two years. Very mixed reviews on new ones I looked at. As long as these guys are around, I will always call them. Very friendly, they are very affordable and have a 90 day warranty. What more could you want?! We also bought from their dad before them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
