Appliance Warehouse

We have had an extremely great experience with appliance warehouse, We bought a fridge from them and when it stopped working, they had a new fridge to us within two days. The lady who was working at the warehouse was so kind and helpful. The tech that delivered our fridge today, Bryan, Was absolutely amazing, Such a kind hearted hardworking man Who really made sure to help us get our fridge in correctly. But he definitely needs a helper with him. My husband had to help move in our fridge, But not Bryan’s fault at all. Highly recommend appliance warehouse for great prices and quality used appliances.

I bought a washer dryer set last year. I understand that it was used, but it was sold to me "in working order". I got the units home and during the first load, the dryer had no heat. I called and they sent someone to fix it the next day at no cost to me, which I was very thankful for that. However, this W/D set has been the biggest pain in the butt ever since I brought it home. Over the course of the year, I've paid more than double what I bought the set for, in repair costs. I don't believe there has been more than a week's time that has gone by where both units are working. They should've gone to a scrap yard, but had a couple parts thrown at them and sold for hundreds of dollars. I've been building a house over the course of the year and was planning on buying all my appliances here, but now I warn ppl to stay away. Just spend the money on something new.

Very disappointed with this company. We bought a nice set of Samsung washer and dryer this past Thursday 02/27 and was suppose to deliver Monday 03/02. The lady that helped us was not doing a good job. After we paid $700 we have to ask her " do you need a name and address to where to deliver to "? Before we left my wife ask her, are you going to put a " SOLD SIGN " on the set, and she respond yes. Comes Monday the day of the deliver, I called them at least 7 times, no answer and this was around 2pm. My Wife was home waiting all day to hear from them but still no response. They fun finally answer and the guy on the phone did not know there was an order for our delivery. They finally deliver my set almost 5pm and they brought the wrong set. The one we paid for, I guess they sold it or deliver it to someone else. My Wife went there the next morning 03/03 she called me while I was home that they have another set but not the same as the one we spend money on it, so we ask for our refund. So let's see if the next 2 or 3 business days if my money goes back in my bank account. I will not recommend this place to anyone if your looking for appliances. Very disappointed.

There were issues with my online order due to mistakes I made while trying to book a 10’ U-Haul for a Missouri to Ohio move. I had somehow booked for in town. Rather than telling me I was sunk, they didn’t only give me the only available one way truck they had which was the largest size they handle, they price matched it to my original order no questions asked. They were also very fast and left not even a single moment for me to even panic! Amazing service and amazing employees.
