Cook's Appliance

Employees are nice and quite helpful, and the process is quick. We bought new but light cosmetic damaged appliances, I was fine with saving a little bit for small cosmetic damages, but when it came time to install the appliances I found multiple missing pieces. Keith contacted me and worked over the weekend to make sure the missing parts were supplied and he had them ready to pick up at the store within five minutes of a phone conversation.

Its been almost 2 years since I bought my smart washer and dryer here. There was a minor scratch on the front of the door that was easily buffed out and some unnoticeable dings that when installed in my home, were invisible. The best part is their maintenance. I haven't had to call, but they have lifetime maintenance so if you have issues they will come help you. My money was well spent and I feel secure in my purchase knowing if I need support I can call. I'm not sure how to fix things.

I experienced the worse Customer service. I had an appt from 8 am to 12 pm. Have not recived a call or nothing. I had to call the office twice to try and figure out when my service will be done. They put a new motor in last week but the tech didn't run a cycle to see if it worked properly. We load it full then it doesn't work. Now its1:30pm and still havent heard anything. Pisa poor customer service.

We are very pleased with every aspect pf our experience. Sarah was very patient and knowledgeable about their products. We found a wonderful new washer and dryer set with a great warranty. It was delivered by two great techs who did everything to perfection with regard to installation. Love the new set! Knowing we have Cooks to rely on for repairs or questions is outstanding. All the box stores were a big disappointment. We used Cooks in the past for repairs on other items. Thanks for your help with this purchase.
