Tanner was so very helpful and patient with mom and me. Needed a refridgerator and dishwasher. He was so very considerate of her wishes and needs. Found something perfect for what she was wanting. We have been partons of Metro Appliance in Springfield.Mo for many years. We recently had to replace an above the stove microwave that was 20 yrs old! We asked KIM for assistance (she is great!). It was ordered, then installed by a wonderful gentleman whom I would describe as a perfectionist. We've always been pleased with their appliance selections and outstanding service...HIGHLY recommend!

Best customer service ever!!! Great prices, friendly people, Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My husband and I went knowing what we needed to fit into our space. After going to a few of the big box stores and not getting any help we decided to visit here. Mackenzie D., greeted us right away.Ask us what we were needing, made a couple notes to herself and said, give me about five minutes I will have a solution. She returned, found everything exactly what I wanted. We told her we wanted to think about it. She printed out everything on paper for us, said, no pressure, let me know if I can help. That kind of service and attention to detail is what made us decide. Right then and there to go ahead and purchase. Can't wait for my new appliances to arrive.And we'll be back when I need something.In the future. Thank you Mackenzie for making our decision so simple. She is the "more" in their name.

Lots of options to chose from with knowledgeable staff. Update 11/25/25: I have been in twice to pick appliances for our new build. Sydney has been incredible to work with. She has made adjustments to our plan, been knowledgeable on the specifics of each appliance, and was able to provide pros and cons. Metro provides a great savings and value. They even beat my Costco pricing. All-in-all we have had excellent service with Sydney and Metro appliance. We highly recommend.
