Horrible customer service when it comes to them honoring the extended warranty I paid for. The heating element went out in my dishwasher. After 3 weeks they finally fixed it. Well…..when they fixed it they caused a leak which damaged my wood floors, literally warped them. They refused to fix the floors and denied responsibility. They are now ordering new parts and going to replace the pump they broke while fixing the heating element. This process has taken two weeks and it is still not fixed. We called Freds 3 times and they won’t answer or return our calls. I would not recommend Freds……..and definitely do not buy their extended warranty

Today we went to Fred’s Appliance to find a new stove and dishwasher. We had an idea of what we were looking for and Ciara was so knowledgeable and helpful that we soon found exactly what we were looking for. Ciara was able to answer all of our questions and really listened to what we wanted. It was such a great experience to actually work with someone that was personable, positive, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for new appliances we highly recommend going in to Fred’s and asking for Ciara.

From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the purchase of an appliance package and my various questions along the way. What truly set Michael apart was his commitment to customer service. When our dishwasher was on an extended backorder, he went above and beyond by personally delivering it on his own time to ensure we were taken care of. That level of dedication is rare and very much appreciated. Michael provides top notch service with a high level of professionalism and care. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are shopping at Fred’s Appliance in Billings.

I am so feat for Carl Ranney’s guidance and expertise in selecting a new wash machine for my busy tri-plex. He helped me assess the highest quality product, with a warranty, and all the features I needed. The delivery team was equally impressive! They removed my old washer, ensured the new one was working correctly, and pointed out a possible concern in my current drainage setup. The washers had to be brought up and down narrow stairs. The professionals at Fred’s stayed patient and were able to complete the transfer safely, while respecting my property. I am looking forward to working with Carl Ranney and their delivery team again when I need a dryer in the near future.
