My wife and I purchased a new LG Refrigerator and Maytag dishwasher from Schaefer's Lincoln. Melanie Vestecka was our expert salesperson who guided us on the selection. She was exceptional in helping us select a new refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher was installed flawlessly by Mark from Schafer’s. Marquis and Kobe from College Hunks delivered the Refrigerator. Their attention to detail on the removal of the old, recording all info from the new and fast professional service was appreciated.

We were pleased with our salesman’s, Matt & the quality of our dishwasher & microwave. But the refrigerator & stove have been a nightmare as the refrigerator was delivered damaged with a large dent in the side. When they delivered the new refrigerator four days later the delivery team brought in the wrong Refrigerator so had to remove it and bring in the correct one. The delivery team didn’t even have the tools to take the doors off or a level. We are still waiting (6 weeks) later for a replacement panel on our stove. The blue protective film seemed to be melted on the front of the stove door & front control panel. Per their instructions we scraped over 4.5 hours with a credit card trying to get it off. It ended up putting a few scratches on the control panel & we refused to scrap any more. They agreed to ordering a new panel which we are still waiting for. We requested a new stove but they won’t replace this one since they said it was past 7 days although we notified them of the problem two days after they delivered the stove. Very frustrated.

We bought are washer and dryer and fridge from them. And they were super helpful. I wanted to buy our oven through them as well. We had to find out from our contractor if we could do a gas stove. So I called after I found out. And asked if I could buy the specific stove over the phone or reserve it. And the lady on the phone basically was no help and acted annoyed. I informed her that I couldn’t make it down there to purchase it. But could pay over the phone right now. And that we had other stuff we already bought that we still had to pick up. But was absolutely no help. And we went in today. And the stove we wanted was gone. Talk about not caring if they keep customers. My wife was heartbroken cause she has her heart set on this stove. But because someone couldn’t be bothered for two mins to try and help. We will never buy from there again. I would understand if we had no account with them. Or didn’t have other things we bought that were waiting for pickup. But this is just lazy business. I even asked if there was another number I could call. And was told no. So my advice. Don’t buy from a company that gets annoyed when you want to buy from them.

This is tough... Our experience in the showroom with the sales guy was good. We bought an Electrolux wash and dryer set. He did a great job. Delivery was by two guys in a truck branded something like junk removal. They seemed nice enough, installed the things, and off they went. Unfortunately from day 1 the washer sounded broken. So we called and setup a service appointment. A week later they came out and diagnosed that the delivery guys hadn't secured the washer to the pedestal and didn't even use a couple of screws that were supposed to be used. The repair guy ran a 9 minute wash cycle with nothing in it and it seemed to be working. But...it was still broken. Next load we do it is making that same noise. Wait another week for an appointment with the repair team. This time they actually heard the noise because we put laundry in the washer. Turns out the delivery people left a large piece of styrofoam that is initially supposed to keep the drum in place during shipping...just left it inside the machine. UGH. So now we hope its actually fixed. No offer of discount or refund on what was obviously a horrible install process. And we just hope that our washer hasn't been damaged by these two issues. Sales..great. Install...horrible. :(
