They tell you one price over the phone then jack it up when you go in person.

Customer service was non existent. They had nothing worth buying. I remember when this place was downtown it was a go to for repairs. They probably won't be open for very much longer. Sad. My mistake about it being downtown but my review is for the q street location 😄

Trinidad came out to troubleshoot and fix my washer that was not draining. He was able to find the issue and repair it the same day within 2 hours! He is an excellent technician and honest and friendly. I continue to use them for other appliance issues as well with excellent results!
