First State Lease-2-Own

Super friendly staff and great to work with. If you stay within the agreement time of 60 or 90 days (which ever one they have available and whcih ever agrrement you agreed too) it's same as cash but if you go over your agreement it does double. Never had an issue with them. I've always used them when i didn't have cash up front and paid it off before my agreement ended or on the date. nothing but friendly people and always willing to help when they can. Keep up the great work guys.

This is the worst experience I have ever had! Buyer Beware!!! They love to falsify their terms Thier customer service is terrible I was told my loan would be paid off in April making the current payment I had been making Guess what its April and I was just told they tacked another $400.00 to my loan. What a Scam!!!!! Lesson learned.

I have called 4 times asking them to stop drafting from my account and I would pay by other means. They have kept drafting. Yes I owe but when someone doesn't give authorized permission any longer you must stop. Reported to BBB for this, my bank, and changed card. Next step will be small claims. Also was told 4 months ago I owed only 140. They have drafted since then 240. I have called and they said that was a pay off quote. They didn't tell me that when I called and asked how much was left to pay. I found this out 3 draft later. At that time I was told it was still 120ish at that time. Also they have same working hours as your typical day hrs so good luck when you get off of your work. Apparently calling doesn't do a damn!
