I can’t believe I wasted bout $380.00 on a dryer. Bought a whirlpool dryer from this place on 2-27-26. No wonder they say no refunds. They know the product doesn’t work. My husband and I unload it from the truck, get it inside and stated a “practice load” to see how it heats. Odd that the salesman said he personally plugged it in and their was no sounds…..come on. It sounds like the motor is going to squeak its way out of the whole system. Terrible experience. Second time customer.

Great service. I was shopping for a fridge. I had no solid budget I just could not justify spending 2G on one. I went in on a Friday after work, Walked in told them what I was looking for. They let me wonder with out trying to steer me one way or the other. I took photos, went home, narrowed down my choices and went back the next day. They outsource deliver and they are paid separately. Took a few days to deliver it, delivery team only works after 5, odd, but Ok. Im glad they did not take away my old one because the new one did not work. Being handy, went on line then called Whirlpool and after a phone phone transfers and about an hour I got a person and not AI. He was able to point me to possible issues. I found the possible problem with wires not connected, I could not find a replacement switch. I went back to the store, they ordered a new switch but I was able to repair the one that was there and everything works fine. Id go thru it all over to save almost $600 on a 2025 model fridge. Yes it is scratched and dented, but I have a friend with auto body shop and its i really want to fix tiny dents and scratches, i can and still save a ton of money.
