I had interior speakers installed and my phone stopped connecting to my speakers. I took the car back twice still the same results. I took it back the 3rd time and the phone finally stayed connected, but when I turn the car off now instead of the speakers continually playing for 2 minutes everything just shuts down. I just accepted it and called it a day. The speakers does sound good, and the guys were helpful, I appreciate them trying to fix the problem.

Check the Yelp reviews too! Do not use this place for your interlock! They know you have no choice but to deal with their terrible customer service so they don’t go out of their way to help with anything. They don’t care if you have to wait over an hour for your monthly service, they will go to lunch and make you wait. They don’t take appts and it’s come whenever but they don’t care how long you wait. They will never answer any questions you have about the device. They over charge you every visit but won’t tell you why. They are so rude! They treat you more like a criminal than the court system does. I scheduled an appt to get it removed 3 weeks in advance and they told me 3 times that it would take an hour. After an hour and 15 minutes, I looked out and they hadn’t even started on it yet. They said they were too busy to update me on the status when there were ZERO people in the store and 2 guys sitting up front doing NOTHING! Instead of apologizing, they threaten to not take it out. They hold it over you because they know you have no other choice but to wait and be treated like trash. You DO have another choice. Get a different one installed elsewhere. Trust me! There was another gal in the waiting room waiting to get hers installed and it took over 3 hours!!! Once I went out and asked about my vehicle after well over an hour, they finally started working on it and it took 20 minutes, so the 2 hours of me sitting there should have only taken 20 minutes. This place and their employees are so unprofessional and don’t care about reviews as you can see from their responses.

I can’t remember his name, but he drives the Audi. He was very friendly and professional. He didn’t try to over sell me. He was personable and explained that his wife has the same truck as I do. He was very familiar with the factory sound. He let me hear his sound system. I ended up making a purchase that same day. Needless to say I am so happy. Big thanks to team
