Action Appliance

My property manager hired Action to repair or replace two nonfunctional appliances a gas dryer and a side by side refrigerator. The entire process took 4 separate visits just to diagnose and when they deemed the appliances were not worth saving they replaced them with very poorly repaired appliances. The dryer is incredibly loud and doesn’t dry clothes completely. The refrigerator required two additional visits to get it working and it still does not properly dispense ice or water. The 3 Separate Technicians that were in my home were rude dirty messy and in my opinion unqualified. I watched the same YouTube videos and could have handled the “work” 4 screws and a clip. If I could give them zero stars I would. Esau the supposed owner is the worst of all, tried to strong arm us into submission then came personally to try and intimidate and pressure us to cancel the order. Unfortunate for him that’s not how i operate and he ended up being the one to do the repairs himself. On the First visit he stated he wouldn’t be willing to work on the dyer because it was upstairs and he wasn’t able to move it downstairs. He had a hand truck so I recommend using that or offering my hand to help. He said “you can’t” and i won’t so we aren’t doing it you need to hire laborers. He then realized he wouldn’t have to do much and changed his tune. I just wanted working appliances for my family. During his two separate visits to my home he attempted to start an altercation and make threats A little advice for Esau grow up

I purchased a refrigerator in July. It was delivered with no ice bin & the mechanism to push the ice out to the ice dispenser on the door. The man who delivered it said he would get one and it should take 3 days. After a few weeks and me constantly contacting them, they said they ordered one and sent me the tracking info. I waited for about 3 more weeks and contacted them again because it never arrived. Then he said he had one and was going to bring it to my house the next day. Then I heard nothing. When I contacted him again he said he ordered another one. This was over a week ago. Now I'm getting no response and I'm beyond angry. It has been 2 months and I've gotten nothing but frustrated for paying so much money for a fridge that doesn't have all the parts so it is fully functional. I'll be filing in small claims court next Friday if I do not receive the missing part. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this business after my experience with them so far.

STAY AWAY! thought I was getting a good deal until the installers wrecked my brand new flooring. Called the owner and we worked out a compensation price only for him to call his guy back and tell him to remove the appliances altogether. Now he won't take my calls. I'll see you in court buddy. BUYER BEWARE!!! also the lighting in the store hides many physical defects of the appliances.

PELIGRO! Es no tabien! They sold me a gas dryer that didn't turn off. It ran all night. Major fire Hazard. I have three kids, an upstairs fire could have been deadly. I explained what had happened and asked for a full refund. The owner would not do a refund. We literally only had the appliances for less than one day. They also damaged my washer drip pan. I didn't notice until after they left an I had already given them a twenty dollar tip. Our family put trust into this company and they lost it forever. Hopefully this will save someone's money, time, and life. I'm out 500 dollars for the set, 20 for the tip, and 40 for the drip pan. Be smart take head of this warning and don't buy anything from Action Appliance or it might be your final cut.
