RC Willey

RC Willey did a great job assisting us in purchasing a sofa and dining room set. Our salesperson Mike Hart was helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable too. The delivery of our furniture was on time and the delivery guys were friendly and professional. When we noticed a scratch on the chaise portion of the sectional they made every effort to correct it by offering to deliver another piece, which we accepted.

Furniture is great, delivery was wonderful. Carpet installation was great but we did find 3 plastic things similar to clothing tags poking up through the carpet all in the same area. These should have been removed before the Carpet was laid down. I was impressed with how they took outside to their truck all the extra nails/tacks and Carpet bits. I love that they ran a vacuum over it. Plus they rubbed their shoes on a spare bit of Carpet before walking on ours. Very impressed with all the delivery and installation people. Thank you. (The little brown carpet was ours just so the toddlers can play)

Delivery service was THE BEST! Masami and his team were on-time, pleasant, and off-the-charts CAREFUL to not scratch my walls (2nd floor delivery on a narrow staircase—bonus points for that.) They unloaded and set up my 4-piece bedroom set in about 45 minutes. Complete rock stars. Sales staff took good care of me, as well. Not inexpensive, but service and products are first class. Happy with my purchase.

The store is conveniently located just off I-215 on North Stephanie Street in Henderson. There is a very large parking lot in front of the store, and it is open daily except it is closed on Sunday. This store is huge, and there is something for everyone looking for furniture, appliances or a wide variety of electronic items and all at competitive prices. We were there to buy a bed frame, and even though we did not find what we were looking for, the staff was very professional with no heavy-handed pressure to buy. I personally loved the electronics section with a huge display of flat screen televisions, computers and even a unique flight simulator setup for those die-hard gamers.
