3/11/22 update still nothing. On 2/18/22 I had contacted the sales person and asked to have the service manager to give me a call. Well Melissa Fanelli I think the store manager of the store did call me but it didn't have anything to do with my request. She called me because of my zero star google review. She indicated that she would send me an email with her information and after a week I didn't receive nothing from her. The service guy did come in and tightened the door handle for the 3rd time but I have still have no schedule on the trim kit. If you care about after the sales help try RC Willey. 2/24/22 Forget after the sale service for appliances. I paid over $7k for a refrigerator and since December they has been here to fix the loose door handle 3 times. The service person on the 1st trip bent the trim kit metal cover and I have had 2 dates 2/1/22 and 2/23/22 so far for delivery of that trim kit and nothing. No help from the local store. You would think after paying $30k for appliances they would help out. I contacted my sales person 2/18/22 and complained and she told me she will have the manager of service contact me. As of 2/24/22 at 9:03 AM I have heard nothing. I'm waiting and I cant say very patiently at this point. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 0 (zero) My review from 6 months ago with 5 stars: Purchased my new appliance from there. Excellent service, dedicated sales person. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 15.
