Been shopping here for almost 30 years in Vegas. From flooring, carpeting, furniture, appliances. Service is always superior and Jorge helped us this time finding the perfect living room set for our 2nd home. Delivered on time and ready for the movers to transport out of state. What a great deal. You shop here with confidence and know you're getting quality at great prices. Some of the discount stores were actually higher with less quality. Every transaction including new carpets installed has been a pleasant experience and it doesn't feel like you're dealing with a high pressured used car salesman. No disrespect to used car dealers. LOL

Every part of this process was pleasant and flawless. We love the couch. It's beautiful. It's strong. Thenk you William for your nonpushy but knowledgeable salesmanship. The delivery man, Sal, was REALLY PRO because we don't have a garage to drop it off so he had to carry it up the porch steps to deliver it--away from our sprinklers in the grass. (Yes we tipped him for that.)

Very nice staff that respected my privacy to browse, but were available when I needed to ask them questions. Good assortment of what I was looking for. Holiday sales appear fair. However, I did not find what I wanted here in stock, but will probably buy a TV here due competitive with BB and sales rep went the extra mile to determine facts for my questions.

Krista Golden was the difference maker for me. I was looking with the intent to buy, but not that day. I wanted to bring back my son for his opinion. She was gracious and worked on my time restrictions. I would recommend her highly. Looks great in my room.

Granite coffee table was in the Utah warehouse less than 24 hours before I picked it up from the customer pick up at the Summerlin Las Vegas Store! Ralph Davis was friendly and very helpful to lead me to the area of the store where it was beautifully displayed. Everyone was cheerful and professional. Quality was premium and flawless. Next on my list will be an area rug. Thank you for the pleasurable experience.
