Steve came out the next day to look at my washer. The seal came off the door and I couldn't get it back on. He found some damage to the drum suspension which prevented the seal from lining up. He gave a decent price and a 3-5 day window to return. Two days later he called and said he was on his way. He replaced the parts and stuck to the price. He ran it and waited to make sure it was good. He was polite, courteous, responsive, and reasonable. Will use him again and recommend to others.
