I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Joe Krzysik, the service manager at MG America! He consistently accommodates our last-minute service requests with a positive attitude and professionalism. His extensive knowledge of the MG2 capsule filling machine is impressive, and he always goes the extra mile to help us, whether over the phone or online. Joe has been especially helpful for us at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, ensuring we’re back on track quickly. I highly recommend Joe and the entire MG America team for their exceptional service and support! They truly make things happen!

Joe the service manager was amazing. Joe and his team helped us to install the new machine in a very timely manner and helped us to launch our product on time. MG America has the best service team I have seen. I have known MG America for the past 15 years and they provide excellent technical support. He is very informative and gives you knowledge to make sure that machines run smoothly. Truly grateful for his help. Thank you again Joe and Team!!

For 20+ years I have dealt with MG America. From the person answering the phone, to the service department manager and all the field technicians in between, they have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They understand the importance of keeping the equipment running. Whether it’s due to a breakdown or a scheduled rebuild, parts and field technicians were always available in a timely manner.
