My family bought many appliances here over the years (decades) with satisfaction and good customer service. In the last week I called to inquire about purchasing a GE electric oven. The one we have has a broken glass top that cannot be replaced. I called and gave the details of my stove to Missy who promised me someone would call me back after they researched it. I clarified it was somewhat urgent as I’ve had no oven for several weeks. I called again several hours later and was again told I’d receive a call back soon. It’s the following Monday and I called again. First got a fax tone. Waited and tried again. Rang a long time, no answer. Giving up.

Needed a thermal fuse for a 90s Whirlpool gas dryer that wouldn't heat up. They had the part, set aside for me when I called, and I had my dryer working again within half and hour. A+.

Purchased a GE side by side refrigerator...delivery in short time and the installers were excellent. Tough install because it’s a very large item and they had to remove storm and front door...then maneuver into space which didn’t leave any room for error...top drawer results...perfect.
