We worked with Joe when we went in to get a new washer, armed with all of the measurements for our 100 year old house. He took one look and showed us the washers that would fit, answered all of our questions and we bought it! I was very nervous about delivery as I’d read many stories online from our neighborhood groups about delivery people from other big box stores refusing to even bring the washer in if it was a tight squeeze but the delivery team was in and out - it was so harmonious and seamless. Very grateful for such a positive experience.

About a year ago I purchased a dryer and an extended warranty from Paul's. I was looking over some papers and could not find my extended warranty so I called Paul's and spoke to Steven. He told me it might take a few days to get and he would forward it to me. The next day I had the warranty. Steven was so proactive, polite and helpful to me even though I was not purchasing anything. I wasn't sure if he could be the owner or an employee. He truly is an asset to Paul's. After the fantastic caring response I received I will definitely return to purchase other items in the future.
