I have used Elm Appliances at least 3 times for either washer/dryer repairs or for a new appliance purchase. The service techs, particularly James, always offers such great service. I really appreciate being able to support local and wonderful businesses such as Elm Appliances. Thank you for serving our community with care and service! Our cat, Luigi, says great things, too!

Yesterday we had our dishwasher repaired by Dan from Elms. It turned out to be very unusual problem. He did not give up until he resolved the problem! We feel like we have a new dishwasher now. Thanks so much!

Elm Appliance has been my go to store for years. My parents started purchasing appliances from them back when they were “Elm Radio”. Bob, the owner makes everything easy, from sales and installation, to troubleshooting and assisting with warranty issues. Steven and James were at my home last week troubleshooting my dishwasher that I purchased from them 3 years ago, and they just delivered our new refrigerator! They moved my old refrigerator to the “play room” when my plan to move it to the basement failed. (It wouldn’t fit😞) They are affordable, but more importantly, I service that you receive is a refrigerators worth in gold! If I had to wait for the manufacturer every time I needed appliance repair, I would have pulled my hair out! The technicians even love my dog! She cries when they leave 🥰
