Art Handlers Appliance went above and beyond getting me a replacement fridge I’ve the holiday weekend! Everyone one who I spoke with to arrange the delivery- from sales, scheduling and the delivery drivers were so accommodating and professional. They were lifesavers to get the new fridge delivered in time for the holiday weekend. Service excellence that is so hard to find anymore-

Our salesman was helpful and the appliances look great. Unfortunately the service department is not. I bought all new appliances for a new kitchen. My dishwasher is less than one year old and not working. The service department said I’d have to pay for a service visit (which is unexceptable for a new appliance). The service man can and said it is a manufacturing default. They ordered a part and said they’d call when it comes in. They did not. I followed up and now they can’t come back for two weeks. It’s been over a month with no real customer service. I would never recommend them or would warn individuals as long as the appliances are fine it’s ok.

A+++ I am very satisfied with Art Handlers Appliance Center. Our salesperson, Greg, was extremely informative and took the time to research a stainless steel refrigerator that truly met our needs. The delivery technician, James, also did an excellent job—he was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the refrigerator’s features and general operation. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.
