I thought $200. was a lot for a 20 minute visit. I had to agree to it ahead of time, so thats the way it goes i guess. I purchesed the circuit board i needed for $335. online. As opposed to $1150. Jenkins would charge + service call. I did get correct advice from the service person to not buy a knock off board which is a good call.

Was pleasantly pleased with the “rapid” response and turn around from my initial call to vendor on site inspection of problem, recommendations for solution and finally the presentation of a contract for repair. All occurred within a 8 hour windows. Also, everyone that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! Best customer service ever. Especially Dave.all of this occurring in what is the prettiest busiest time of the summer.

Called up Jenkins to have them come out to respond to a no heating call. The service tech called me when he was 20 minutes away. He let me know what was going on and took pictures of my outdoor unit. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do much else because my outdoor unit doesn’t have a hatch which prevented him from servicing it. His name was Braxton and he did all he could for me. I’ll say this, quick to respond. Thank you. Upon further review, i checked out the unit myself because it’s not my primary residence and the technician said there’s no hatch. Well, got news for you, none of the units have a hatch! All that was needed was a Torx 25 bit to loosen the torx screws, so one can take the panel or panels off. Anyway, that was just to access it, diagnostic was another story. For future reference

Office service very good. Able to have someone go to the home and fix the problem the same day. Won’t be able to see the finished job until the weekend when I will get there in person to check everything out. The service guy on the job was very helpful and I feel confident that my heater was repaired by a good technician. Thank you!
