The front woman (phone assistant) lacked basic professionalism and class— and showed no interest in resolving the issue. When dealing with customers, especially on ongoing concerns, a little respect and courtesy go a long way. It’s disappointing to see such distasteful behavior from someone in a customer-facing role. If this is the first impression of the business, it speaks volumes about the overall standards. Needless to say, beware of this business and choose where to spend your money carefully! Chris came out to check our gas issue on our GE stove. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Turns out there was no problem 🤦‍♀️, but better safe than sorry when it comes to gas. As a 1st time homeowner, I didn't have the slightest clue on who to use when issues arise. So glad I chose Affordable Appliance. Thank you for coming out and look forward to using you in the near future!

Very disappointed with these guys. A few years ago they came out and fixed my ancient washer for me, more than once, for a great price. I recently bought a used fridge from them, it quit working, I called them 20 times to have it fixed, never answered or returned my calls. I finally had to give up. Don't understand what happened but their service has gone down the drain.

I asked my Facebook friends who they would recommend to repair a Samsung washer. After I called a few recommendations, I found out that no one services Samsung products. One of the places I called was affordable appliances in Bridgeton. Chris wasn't available at the time, but he did call me back. He walked me through some troubleshooting to get a better idea of what we were dealing with. He squeaked me in for the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Now at this point he could have repaired something that I didn't need but he didn't. He just charged me for a service call. Chris is as honest as they come. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
