When it was time to replace kitchen appliances and clothes washer, I returned to Mainiero’s where I first purchased over 20+ years ago! Tim was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in the selection of products that fit my needs, space constraints and budget while optimizing manufacture rebates! No pressure, no gimmicks- responsive to my questions before and after the sale. Delivery/ installation team is amazing: personable, respectful and efficient. After the first load of laundry I called with an issue that the washer only delivered hot water no matter what temperature was selected. They took my information and Eric returned my call later that day, and scheduled to come out the next morning to troubleshoot. Turns out the water lines in my house were reversed and had nothing to do with the install. He reconnected the hoses accordingly and all is good. Less than 24 hours after my initial call my issue was resolved. I would never get this service from a big box retailer and I’m thankful for businesses like yours who care about your customers and commit to service excellence. You have my highest recommendation and utmost gratitude.

Like many, my first thought is to just go to the big box stores and buy appliances from there. Home Depot has to be cheaper right? Well I was completely wrong. My order from Home Depot that I placed on 11/30 never showed up. We got a message the day before they were supposed to arrive stating the appliances never arrived and things were backordered and could possibly arrive 10 days after the stated delivery date of 1/15. A friend of mine told me to contact Mainieros to see if they could help. I spoke to Tim and told him my issues and he immediately went to work figuring out availability and prices. Within 10 minutes he had all of it figured out. Not only did they match Home Depot prices, Tim went through each item to verify the installation such as door configurations and propane conversions and explained the warranties they offered. Tim shocked me when he said he could have the appliances delivered by 1/23. Home depot couldn't deliver in 6 weeks but Mainieros was able to schedule the following week? How is that possible? A few days later I get a call from Peggy stating the appliances arrived and we can get you delivered on 1/21. All of my appliances arrived in perfect condition today because Mainieros already inspected them and changed the door directions and propane conversion before bringing them to my house. The moral of this story is do not count out the little guy. Mainieros is a smaller company and it shows. Tim cared about my issue and understood my frustrations. His main focus was to take care of ME, The Customer. I did not get anything like that from Home Depot. The only time they actually cared was when I cancelled the order. I will never again go anywhere else except Mainieros for appliances in the future. I cannot thank them enough for getting my project back on track.

Anyone looking for appliances this is the best place to get them. They also have a great repair and parts department. All my large appliances came from here. In the past I got some before from big box buisnessess and their employees just don't care and forget service. Just got my new over the range microwave with air fryer and can't wait to use it.
