Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Truck #2 arrived right on time, and the team had us back up and running with minimal downtime. When our washer unexpectedly failed, Bradley and the entire Earl B. Feiden team immediately stepped in and took care of everything from start to finish. Their responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to customer service were truly exceptional. This experience is exactly why our family has remained loyal customers of Earl B. Feiden Appliances for more than 20 years. They consistently stand behind their products and their customers, and we wouldn’t consider shopping anywhere else.

The delivery and installation of our new Bosch dishwasher was excellent. Rajesh and Brandon (Truck 2) called ahead of time that they were coming so we could clear the space for them and have it ready when they got here. They were very personable and knowledgable. The installation went smoothly and they explained how to use it and made sure we were happy with the installation before they left. We are pleased with their service.

Kyle, Salesman from Latham was professional and went out of his way to research options for our needs to replace the ducted range vent- Thank You! Your delivery men, Bryan and Annatolli were efficient in bringing the range in and putting it in place; they assured I registered for the warranty and informed me of needed use prior to cooking in it. I must bring attention to their driving skills- I just about had a heart attack as they backed into my driveway and leaving, maybe 3-5” between the truck and my new 2026 family van. They had plenty of room in the driveway to space the truck away from my vehicle- like 5’. They did not hit it nor made contact with it unloading BUT they had plenty of space to keep it much further away. Otherwise, they were professional but I did tell them that I wasn’t happy about their spacing.

We cannot rave enough about the service and attention to detail provided by the staff here. We had not made an appointment and drifted in after consulting with the designer for our new kitchen and bathroom. After a brief wait, a knowledgeable and pleasant consultant greeted us and helped us select appliances, being very attentive to our needs and budget throughout.
