Green’s is very helpful and explains their appliances and furniture very well so you know what you are buying before you leave. We have bought furniture as well as our new stove n microwave and in the past washer n dryer. They install and take the old. We are very happy with anything we have bought there. The folks are Green's are excellent; from purhcase to installation. Our over-the-counter microwave warmed it's last cup of coffee. We've seen the Green's ads on TV and decided to give them a try. Being rural, we tought it'd be tough to make a purchase and then have it installed (old guy with a bad back). Made the purhcase over the phone. Also got an excellent price and a timely delivery. The install was quick and smooth. Everyone at Green's was helpful, friendly and courteous. So much better than a big box store.

Just before Christmas, the motor gave out in my husband’s lift recliner and due to mobility issues he really relies on it. I called Green’s to inquire about a service call or getting a floor model delivered asap but they said the servicing had to wait until after Christmas, which was reasonable, all things considered. A few minutes later, they called to tell me they had a motor at their showroom and thought it may work. They made a video to show me how easy it was to switch out the parts and said I could do it myself. I picked up the motor the same day and again they showed me how to change it. Not only was I able to do it, but they didn’t charge me for the part. We were back in business and my husband was elated. This is why our whole family shops at Greene’s and I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The customer service is over the top and they’re really nice people!
