Very good service. Diagnosed issues with washer and refrigerator and communicated well as parts had to be ordered. When he came back double checked everything and had a calm and positive attitude. I will definitely make first call to them with anything else we have in the future.

I had an extended warranty on my Bosch Dryer through Lowe's and they connected me to Dello Stritto Appliance. Everything about the service was excellent. The woman who set up the appointment was kind and professional. The repairman was punctual, professional and personable. He found and fixed the problem with our dryer and told me what we could do if it happened again down the road. I have put their contact info in my address book for future repair needs. Highly recommend.

I thought I would go Auburn way instead of County Line Syracuse. First time was washing machine. He gave me a price and I decided it was better well spent on a new one. I paid the serv. call $$$. This time my lock on my dishwasher stuck. He came and pressed the button..fixed. i tried MANY times. For 5 min. he charged me $135.00. i thought that was extreme and mentioned it. My husband and I both owned businesses in Elbridge. I would make a compromise on the fee. My dear husband would let it go... No Charge. He said he couldn't. Return customers are important.

Excellent repairman, arrived on time, polite and knows what he's doing. Did a trouble shoot on our gas dryer and solved the problem in about and hour or so. We are senior citizens and highly recommend DelloStritto repair service as someone you can trust.
