He has consistently provided outstanding service—always knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. This PC Richard and Son store is a much different retail experience. The sales folks are much more accommodating and knowledgeable. The manager, Sarah is friendly and on point. There is a more genuine feel in the air! If you bought appliances in the 90s you will know what I mean. Our sales associate Hyun offered a warm, no frills, no pressure, no stress effort. The A/V and bedroom pieces we purchased were priced competitively. I suggest coming in prepared to get the best deals.
