We priced several compies for our HVAC. While the guys seemed friendly during the assessment, there was something odd about how difficult it was to get any pricing estimate or anything in writing. They did nothing to manage expectations or help us budget. After checking both the high and low reviews, and finding someone who was more open and actually honest about cost estimates, we went with another company. Some of the positive reviews were redundant and almost seem fake or ai.

Great company! Called in the evening for AC issue and they got me on their schedule for the next day. Sal is awesome and really lives up to his company name - super reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. Came back same day with equipment after initial visit to diagnose the issue and resolved it right away. We had a concern the next day and he came again the day of to check it out. Highly recommend them :)

Recently had reliable over to update my HVAC system at our home , from day one estimate to install Sal and James were easy to work with Listened to our concerns and offered professional solutions and delivered on them. showed up when they said they would and knocked the job out the park . very happy with the quality of work and attention to detail . highly recommend to everyone Thank you again to the Reliable Team !

I would definitely recommend Reliable Heating and Cooling! From Start to finish, they were by far the most thorough service company that I have dealt with. Sal, the owner, was in contact with me from the start to the finish. He was always available for questions and kept to his timelines. James and his crew were efficient, paid attention to detail and very clean. The entire staff is very professional!!
