BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I placed an order to have them service commercial appliance quoted me a time showed up late charge me by the hour and did absolutely nothing. The technicians are not knowledgeable, the owner very rude. This company will charge you and not resolve the problem.

Yuriy came over the same day that I called to fix the busted igniter on our main lower right stove burner. (We have an old Bosch stove/oven.) Prompt, efficient service and a reasonable price. Also a nice a guy. Highly recommended. (We've used this appliance repair company many times in the past. Always happy with the service. They come back if issues.)

fixed my fridge again and super knowledgeable and nice crew . really organized and had no issues solving the coolant issue now the fridge works! Super reliable service. I really recommend these guys to you if you’re sick of just throwing stuff out and buying new stuff and destroying the planet.

Quick, quality service at a very reasonable price! Our Bosch freezer broke down in the middle of summer. Bosch repairman came out 10 days after submitting a request. Took one look at the fridge and told me that he didn't think he could fix it because "they don't make the parts anymore." Took a slightly closer look and identified that the freezer fan was broken and probably needed a new motor. Still, he was confident he'd be unable to repair it, and suggested we drop $3K-$4K on a new fridge, as that would be more cost-effective. Stressful news! I did a little research and contacted Ace. They scheduled a repairman visit for two days after I called. The repairman did a full inspection of the fridge, agreed that the problem was the fan motor, and replaced it with a new motor on the spot. $550 to extend the life of an (admittedly) 15-year-old refrigerator. Saved us thousands, though. We can still fix things. Do yourself a favor and call Ace before you get duped into buying a New Thing.
