Ace kitchens and Appliances

Angel from Ace was very easy to work with. He answered all questions. He measured next day after getting the quote. Cabinets took 2.5 weeks to arrive. Delivery went well- corner cabinet had to be disassembled to fit through door. We did not install with Ace and needed a cabinet repaired; Angel handled the repair same day. I recommend Ace.

The kitchen cabinets were nice but the cupboards under the sink were shorter so the kitchen counter top was not the same height as the original kitchen and a space between the wall tiles was obviously ugly. Angel does not reply to my text to follow up and wanted to charge additional 150 for the pieces to fill the gaps when it should have not been there in the first place and should have been a back job without delivery fee and another installation fee. To think we paid for 3000 for that kitchen custom made cupboards and there’s an ugly gap between wall tile and kitchen counter top 👎🏽👎🏽

I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Totally did not expect the unprofessional interaction with Angel from Ace Kitchens. Very prompt in responding to schedule an in person measurement of the kitchen which I was planning to remodel. Angel came over with a contractor (who angel introduced as the person who will work on the installation and will be the contractor in charge). Honestly the contractor was even more startled than a deer in front of headlights. Anyways, I wasted almost 1.5 hrs of my work schedule to have them take measurements and me sharing ideas. Was told that I will get some design ideas and high level plan after which I can stop by at their store to talk about cabinets etc. Almost a week and a half now and no response. My Whatsapp messages are being read by Angel but no response. Very unprofessional and definitely not the kind of company / contractors I would like to get involved with for a kitchen project. Stay away. I would rather pay more and get peace of mind with right people on other side.
