They came promptly, checked everything carefully, and discovered the issue was simply a dead battery I had unknowingly replaced with another bad one. What truly impressed me was their honesty and kindness — instead of charging me for such a simple fix or even the usual service call, they graciously took care of it at no charge. In today’s world, it’s rare to find local businesses that are this honest, professional, and caring toward their customers. Jaime did exactly the job I asked for at the price quoted. I would highly recommend him and Larry the Locksmith to anyone, and I will use them again if need be. In the store, Sara took care of all my questions and walked me through the options clearly. No sales pressure, no rush at all. Jaime provide on-time service, cleaned as he went, took care to preserve my paint job while replacing both locks, even though he had to dig out the plaster-job by hand on my deadbolt. Because it was a super snowy day, he even had the forethought to take off his shoes before entering my apartment to not bring in dirt into the foyer. Professional and engaging, with no up-sell pressure. Loved the experience.

My friend recommended Larry’s Locksmith saying they were reasonably priced and do a good job. She was right! Called them and got a next day appointment. They requested photos of our current lock and when Joe arrived, he was prepared with several options depending on what he diagnosed as the problem. Forty minutes later I had a new lock for a truly reasonable price and great service! I will use Larry and his team again and wholeheartedly recommend them!!
