I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but the lack of communication has been a huge frustration. I ordered two refrigerators and was told they’d be delivered between 10-12. Tenants took off work and used time to be available. Fridges did not show up. I called and left a message with no response. Called again and finally got someone. Asked her to provide some update time and never got a call back. Things come up, but communication is key. People have jobs including myself and being notified would have allowed multiple people to not wait around for hours, run out to complete tasks or use unnecessary amounts of time off.

This place is Janky and crooked. I ordered a fridge and paid for delivery. The delivery was hours late and the delivery people damaged my property while moving appliances in. I contacted the store several times and talked to the manager who told me the owner would have to take care of it. After several attempts to get in contact with the owner they told me the damage would be covered and to send a quote for the repair cost. I sent the quote and never heard back. I tried reaching out to them several times with no response. Please find another used appliance store. (Response to Reply by owners): If you have owned the store for more than a few months than you were made aware and I have the emails to prove it. How will I contact you this time? Call the store again to try and be connected with you once again. Why don't you leave your direct contact info here so that if you truly want to rectify the situation you can instead of just creating a reply that makes you look like you know nothing about this
