I cannot say enough good things about ROC Appliance Outlet. I recently purchased a washer from them that was having problems with the spin cycle (common for the brand, as I've now learned), and they had a different washer to me within a week that works absolutely perfectly. No squabbles or extra charges, just asked me to pick a new one and set a delivery date. They really stand by their products and their guarantees, and they're truly my go-to for appliances now. The prices are incredible-- I have a washer, dryer, and oven from here, and will be getting a fridge soon. Plus their new location is gorgeous. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this place.

Was able to buy a scratch and dent dryer at a fair price. What stands apart from these guys versus the big box stores is their excellent customer service in regards to their installation services. Had a great experience with the technicians that came to my home, completed their work both promptly and thoroughly. Will definitely send them my business again in the future.

Always my go to shop for appliances. Since buying my house and running into some unexpected issues ROC Appliance has been there. Great customer service, great selection and prices you can’t beat. Other places also had a 1-3 week delivery where as they take 1-3 days. I’ve suggested them to many friends and family and will continue to support them for all future purchases.
