I reached out to Margus Appliance Repair at 10:30am and the technician was here by 1:00pm -same day! I was drying my laundry an hour later with a year warranty on parts and labor. The responsiveness was amazing, the pricing reasonable and the service exceeded my expectations. I will be using them for all my appliance needs in the future!!

Ross (Ruslan) came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the problem with our oven in two minutes, and had it all fixed in ten. He's clearly a knowledgeable, expert professional. He's also friendly, personable, honest with his prices, and gives a one-year warranty. We couldn't be happier with the job he did.

We are so glad we chose Margus Appliance Repair for our dryer problem. Ruslan was extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. He was here and had it totally cleaned out and fixed about 2 hours after I called. So grateful he was able to come out same day, on a Friday!

Ruslan was so kind and professional! He came out the same day that I had called to see if my dryer could be fixed.He was so thorough and cleaned it so it looked brand new after replacing all the needed parts. He was fantastic to work with, and I will definitely use him again when needed! I highly recommend, and his service call price was LOW, half the price of another local repair company. And, he put that money toward the total bill, too. Very reasonably priced for all the work he did. Thank you, Ruslan!
