We desperately needed a refrigerator when ours died during a heat wave. Jay Vogel was our sales rep and greeted us with friendly smile. He made us feel comfortable while he informed us of what was in stock and what was in our price range. He helped us pick the refrigerator we wanted without settling and was attentive and patient and he was able to give us a reasonable delivery date. I’ve bought so many things here and will always give them my business. I’ve bought AC’s, toaster oven, stoves, dryers, washers, tvs and fridge. Every salesperson is friendly and not pushy. Also before going into a store I always research my purchases in advance and know what items I’m buying. This time I needed a new dryer and had 2 in mind. Jay welcomed me , showed me the ones I was interested in and even looked up my phone number to see what models I’ve purchased in the past. He was not pushy and did not rush me either. I had to run out to add $ to my meter and call home for measurements to ensure the new dryer could fit in the stairwell. Jay was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I will continue to take my business to this location bc all staff are amazing, prices are reasonable (especially if using a store card with no interest payments) & delivery is hassle free. Thank you for always making my appliance shopping experience pleasant and stress free!
